PEAS EN CASSEROLE

PEAS EN CASSEROLE

4 small red onions, dice
½ tsp mint, chop
1 cup hot distilled water
2 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
4 cups fresh, can or frozen peas
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle

Place onions, peas, Sprinkle, olive oil, water and mint in casserole dish. Cover and cook in 350°F oven for 20
minutes. Serve from the casserole dish.

Serves 5-6.

MILLET CASSEROLE

MILLET CASSEROLE

2 cups distilled water
⅓ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
1 cup hulled millet
½ cup red onion, chop
½ cup celery, chop
1 cup mushrooms, chop
½ Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
½ cup sunflower seeds, chop
2 cloves garlic, press
1 cup zucchini, chop

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 300°F for 1-12 hours until done.

Serves 4.

ZESTY POTATO CASSEROLE

ZESTY POTATO CASSEROLE

2 cups raw potatoes, slice
1 clove garlic, slice
2 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil
1 cup can or fresh tomatoes
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
¼ cup distilled water
¼ cup parsley, chop
1 cup soy Parmesan cheese, grate

Alternate layers of potatoes and tomatoes in casserole dish. Combine olive oil, water, Sprinkle, garlic and parsley. Pour over potatoes and tomatoes. Cover, bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Top with soy Parmesan cheese.

Serves 3.

PINTO CASSEROLE

2 cups dried pinto beans
5 cups distilled water
2 Tbsps tomatoes, chop
½ tsp poultry seasoning
2 tsps Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 cups green or sweet red bell pepper, chop
2 cloves garlic, mince
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
1 red large onion, chop

Soak beans overnight. Add distilled water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer, covered, until beans are tender, 1-2 hours. Add tomatoes, onion, green or red bell pepper, garlic, and seasonings. Turn into oiled baking dish. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
