1 lb green cabbage, shred
1 tsp Bragg Organic Olive Oil
2 green onions, slice diagonally
½ tsp Chinese 5 Spice (see below)
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
sesame oil to taste

Heat olive oil, add cabbage and green onions. Cook for 3-5 minutes, then add Chinese 5 Spice and Liquid Aminos and cook 3 more minutes. Stir in sesame oil to taste and serve.

The Chinese believe that it is important to incorporate the principal of Yin and the Yang into their meals, thus the heat of a dish should be counter-balanced by an equally cooling ingredient. When you try this seasoning you will be surprised at how beautifully the flavors – sweet, warm, cool and spicy – blend. This is an extremely versatile mixture suited to rice, vegetables and any type of stir fry. –
