GLAZED CARROTS WITH HONEY
6 carrots, ½ inch slices
1 Tbsp Bragg Organic Olive Oil
1 Tbsp raw honey
1 Tbsp orange rind, grate
Wash carrots thoroughly, slice into 2-inch thick rounds; cook in steamer basket until tender about 10 minutes in distilled water. Blend the raw honey, olive oil and orange rind in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, add steamed carrots with liquids and continue to simmer for 5 more minutes to glaze.
Serves 3.

⅔ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil
2 Tbsps fresh lemon juice
½ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 tsp raw honey
3 Tbsps Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
pinch of mustard powder
a dash of cayenne
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
Mix all ingredients except raw honey. Add honey to mixture slowly and beat vigorously.
Makes 1 cup.
