BABY LIMAS MARJORAM

3 cups cooked baby limas
2 Tbsps parsley, chop
3 garlic cloves, chop
2 large tomatoes, dice
½ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
⅓ tsp marjoram
1 small red onion, chop
2 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
shake of Bragg Sprinkle
shake of Bragg Kelp

Combine garlic and onion with olive oil and sauté in wok or pan for 2-3 minutes. Add diced tomato and remaining ingredients. Cook 5-10 minutes until done, stirring frequently.

Serves 3-6.

SQUASH AND LIMA BEANS

SQUASH AND LIMA BEANS

3 cups lima beans, fresh or frozen
shake of Bragg Kelp
2 cups boiling distilled water
3 Tbsps whole-grain flour
6 cups squash or zucchini, slice
¾ tsp paprika
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
3 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil
¾ cup red onion, mince
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle

Combine lima beans, Liquid Aminos, seasonings and boiling water in pan. Cover. Bring to boil, cook until tender. Add thinly sliced squash. Continue cooking (covered) for 10 more minutes until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain, reserve liquid. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in skillet; add onions and sauté until tender. Blend in remaining ingredients. Measure one cup of reserved liquid; add to onion mixture and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over
squash and beans. Heat and serve in bowls.

Serves 6-8.

BAKED LIMA BEANS

BAKED LIMA BEANS

3 cups cooked lima beans
3 Tbsps Bragg Olive Oil
2 Tbsps arrowroot flour
½ tsp Bragg Sprinkle
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 cup soy milk
½ cup whole-grain bread crumbs
Egg Replacer equal to 2 eggs

Add arrowroot flour to olive oil. Add soy milk gradually and stir over low heat until thick. Purée lima beans in blender
and add to sauce. Add Liquid Aminos, Sprinkle and Egg Replacer. Place in oiled casserole dish, cover with bread
crumbs and olive oil. Bake 15 minutes in 350°F oven.

Serves 4.
