PEAS IN ONION SAUCE

2 lbs peas, shelled
2 Tbsps Bragg Organic Olive Oil
1 red onion, finely chop
shake of Bragg Sprinkle

Cook peas until tender, about 5 minutes, in a small amount of water. Sauté chopped onion in olive oil. Add cooked peas
and Sprinkle. Heat slowly in a covered pan.

Serves 4.

SOBA – TOFU DINNER

SOBA – TOFU DINNER

5 garlic cloves, mince
½ cup Bragg Organic Olive Oil
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
½ lb soba noodles
2 lbs firm tofu, cut bite-sized pieces
freshly chopped parsley
Bragg Sprinkle (to taste)

Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Add garlic, tofu, onion powder, Sprinkle and Liquid Aminos. Cook for about 5 minutes until garlic is golden, stirring constantly. Prepare the soba noodles according to the package. Drain. Add noodles to garlic sauce. Allow to cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and nutritional yeast flakes. Serve immediately.

Serves 4-6.

OATMEAL PATTIES

OATMEAL PATTIES

2 cups ground raw pecans
2 cloves garlic, mince
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 cup oatmeal flour
1 small red onion, mince
2 zucchini, cut into wedges

Combine all ingredients except zucchini. Form into patties. Place on platter with zucchini wedges as garnish.

Serves 4.
