Throwback Thursday and Healthy Holiday Challenge

It’s time for another Throwback Thursday – but take a closer look… this one has a little something extra special!

As the Holiday season approaches, it’s easy to overindulge and throw away the good lifestyle habits we maintain the rest of the year; but despite the hustle, bustle, and holiday cheer, there never should be a point in which we turn our back on good health!

Why wait until January to follow your dreams of health?

This year, we challenge you to enjoy a HEALTHY HOLIDAY!

What does this mean?

Healthy Holidays are just that – healthy! By choosing clean foods, drinking plenty of water, and continuing your fitness regimen, you can prevent your scale from doing the Christmas creep… and you can start your New Year right on track for a Bragg Healthy Life!

This year for Thanksgiving, choose a plant-strong menu, and reduce or eliminate animal products!

There are so many delicious, simply vegetarian and vegan recipes specifically for the Holidays to choose from, we’ve even included a Vegetarian Recipe Index below. Come Thanksgiving, send us pictures of your Healthy Holiday spread and tell us the recipes you used (such as these heavenly Butter-Free Mashed Potatoes or this incredible Apple-Chestnut Cornbread Stuffing), and you’ll be entered for a chance to win a BRAGG HOLIDAY GIFT BASKET!

  1. Bragg Vegetarian Health Recipes – a Cornucopia of mouth-watering Vegetarian and Vegan Recipes!
  2. 16 ounce bottle of Organic, Raw, Unfiltered Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
  3. Braggberry Dressing
