Vegan Burger

There’s nothing like a juicy burger on a hot summer day! 
For the patties:
1 1/2 cups of lentils
1 1/2 cups of black beans
1 clove of garlic
2 1/2 tsp of Bragg Liquid Aminos
2 tsp of Bragg Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
1/2 tsp of Bragg Sprinkle
1/4 tsp of liquid smoke
1/4 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
For the burger:
Burger buns
Plant based cheese
1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients into a bowl excluding of breadcrumbs. Mix well and transfer into a blender.
2. Pulse mixture in blender a few pulses but avoid over pulsing. Preheat oven to 350°. Transfer mixture back into bowl and add bread crumbs. Knead mixture well until all components are well combined.
3. Form mixture into patties and place on a greased baking sheet. Place patties in oven for 10 minutes each side. Once time is up remove patties from oven.
4. Grab buns and pile burgers as desired. Serve and enjoy!
