Veggie Fried Rice

This savory Veggie Fried Rice is exactly what you need to spice up the end of your week!

2 Follow Your Heart VeganEggs
2 cups of cooked Jasmine Rice
1 package of  Firm Tofu
1/3 cup Roasted Corn
1/3 cup Carrots
1/3 cup Peas
1 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup Mushrooms
2 Green Onions
Toasted Sesame Oil
Bragg Liquid Aminos 

1. Cook the VeganEgg according to package directions and set aside
2. Sauté the cubed Tofu in a little bit of sesame oil and add in the vegetables and continue to cook

3. Add in the seasonings, green onions and cooked rice and mix well while letting the mixture cook for a few minutes
4. Lastly add the cooked VeganEgg to the rice, tofu and veggies and mix well
