Vinegar Is Good for You

“Vinegar has evidently been used as a weight-loss aid for nearly 200 years. Like hot sauce, it can be a nearly calorie-free way to flavor foods” In Dr. Michael Greger’s most recent blog post discussing the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, you’ll learn all about the incredible impact ACV has on your body.

  1. Recently started drinking Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar. I mix a few table spoons in with my own juiced Lemon and Ginger and make a pitcher of tea that I drink throughout the day at work.

My question is does the concentration strength of the ACV matter to get the stated benefits as it quite diluted in my pitcher and I am not really looking to drink more ACV in a day?

  2. Hi David! As long as you are using a few tablespoons of ACV everyday it does not matter how diluted you make it.
