THE BRAGG HAWAII HEALTH LEGACY

The Bragg Exercise Class was founded by Hawaii and Worldwide Health Crusader and Fitness Legend, Dr. Paul C. Bragg. He wanted to create a FREE Community Exercise Class in Waikiki for Hawaii residents and for visitors to the Islands. Dr. Bragg taught these classes himself. He later enlisted volunteers who could teach the Bragg Super Power Breathing Health & Fitness Exercises. Today, dedicated volunteers continue to teach these classes at no charge to the public. Paul Bragg’s daughter, Dr. Patricia Bragg continues her father’s health legacy by supporting the Bragg Exercise Class, leading her father’s Bragg Live Food Products Company and publishing Bragg Health Books they co-authored.

“To maintain good health, normal weight and increase the good life of radiant health, joy, and happiness, the body must be exercised properly (stretching, walking, aerobics, jogging, running, biking, swimming, deep breathing, good posture, etc.) and nourished wisely with healthy foods.”

~ Paul C. Bragg, N.D., Ph.D.
Originator of Health Food Stores

This Blog is moderated. It is created to be informative, inspiring and uplifting. Our positive philosophy at Bragg is to communicate with love and respect. As Paul and Patricia Bragg teach, in expressing your thoughts and opinions to others, ask yourself: "Is it good, is it kind, is it necessary?" All comments that do not fit this philosophy will not be posted.
